adequate stay with a few issues
missing wipesdifficult thermostat
my stay had some problems the gym lacked sanitizing wipes despite my repeated requests this was frustrating because cleanliness is important to me also the thermostat in the room was difficult to use its display read mode locked making it hard to regulate the temperature we kept switching between feeling too hot and too cold some instructions would have helped a lot with this issue

the location was great, very easy to access many attractions. the staff was super friendly and helpful at all times. the hotel seemed even more beautiful than the photos online. the restaurants offered very good dining options.
I found that the gym lacked cleanliness. There were no wipes. i went to the front desk and told them about this, they apologized and said they would look after it. the next day, the same thing occurred. i was very disappointed.

the hotel has a great location near many attractions. it was easy to walk to restaurants and markets. the staff was very helpful with directions.
The bathroom felt small. i noticed some mould in the shower. This was not ideal. room service was not available. I found this surprising for a hotel of this level.

inconsistent experience, some drawbacks noticed
poor insulationperplexing temperature control
The in-room temperature control was perplexing. The thermostat display indicated 'mode locked'. this meant adjusting the temperature became an exercise in futility. also, the noise insulation was sub-par. i clearly heard external disturbances. It impacted my sleep. a poorly insulated window is not acceptable.
